SUMMER is coming to an END

How I know summer is coming to an end:
1) tomorrow starts the last weekend of shows for SSDT (Searcy Summer Dinner Theatre)
2) in less than 2 weeks I move into my apartment for the fall school year
3) I am itching to start this semester! classes, friends, pipers, musical...everything

Im sure there are a few more reasons but thats enough for me.

My friend/roommate CARA GOT ENGAGED LAST NIGHT!!! Oh man, I love it, I'm so excited for her. She is a wonderful person who has found a wonderful man to share her life with. Good stuff.

Also, new school year means NEW BLOG!!
I didnt make a new blog last year, and probably for the best too, considering I didnt blog much...ever...haha
But this year WILL be different! I am determined!
A new blog will be made, blogs will be written, and I will have an amazing semester full of fun/friends/adventures to fill the blog with :-)

-----

Currently I am sitting in the box office for SSDT playing around and doing stuff on the computer. Like every time I work at the box office. I've only been here for 40 mins and there is just nothing to do. Oh well, I dont mind being completely bored and getting paid for nothing too much.

The summer is almost over, and I can NOT wait for what this semester has instore!!

Have a great day! <3

that strange little feeling

So...have you ever had that feeling like you should be doing something but you have no idea what that thing is.

I have had that feeling all day today.

I feel like I should be making To-Do lists, or writing things in a calendar, or scheduling something...or DOING...SOMETHING.

I dont know, but its driving me crazy.

Maybe it is just me being ready for school and actually needing to make a to-do list because i have things to-do.

blah!

summer!

Vacation with the Wallings

Well, I just got back from my nearly week vacation with Riley and his family. I joined the whole gang at the beach for a few days before heading off for the rest of my stay at their house in N.C.

My vacation was wonderful!! I am becoming more comfortable with his family, which is always a good thing, and I think that feeling goes both ways. It was nice to be in a mutually "new" place (as opposed to at their house for the whole time). And, of course, I LOVED being able to be with Riley everyday!
I miss him so much everyday we are not together, and I am so glad every chance we get to see each other (especially as of this past semester and summer, with it all being long distance). Good things are in store for the two of us; I just know it :-)

Now just two weekends left for the summer theatre, and moving into my apartment for the school year on the 10th, and then home for a couple weeks, and then school time!!
I am really looking forward to this school year and everything it has to offer :-)

sometimes you feel like a nut...sometimes you dont

ya know...
i really dont like this long distance thing.

sometimes its just so hard to truly appreciate and only think about the amazing thing you already have when they arent right there with you.

and then you feel bad for ever letting a thought like that cross your mind.

just goes to show how much i have to grow thats for sure
but i look forward to growing and continuing to learn all about my amazing thing :)
